56 Kitchen

Launching a new concept, the owners of 56 Kitchen had all of the tools and resources to make their new restaurant the talk of the town!

Our overall strategy was to develop a brand that reflected the experience of being at friend’s dinner party.  We wanted the brand to emulate community, warmth and authenticity. Our brand strategy reflected the transparency found in the restaurant; open kitchen, all food and ingredients visible on display.  The overall theme for the brand was a modern take on French rustic with a touch of industrial.  We used natural woods, steel, white washes and brick paired with an inviting floor plan to bring the brand the life in the environment.  The natural elements mirror their business strategy of using ingredients that are local and sustainable.
