The City of Beachwood needed a drone video to show of their town and attract new businesses. As it is a fairly sprawling suburb with some great tax incentives, we focused on showcasing all the open develop-able land and pairing that with it’s relationship to city arteries like freeways and hospitals. We incorporated 3D composites to bring the available spaces to life and give potentially relocating businesses a real sense of what they could do with the land.
