- What is one of your favorite quotes: “Be attached to nothing. Open to everything.” -Anonymous
- What chore do you absolutely hate doing: Is washing your hair considered a chore? I don’t like doing it because it takes forever.
- What has been your proudest moment at Hey Now!? Getting the chance to work with small businesses and really help them grasp social media. Overall, TEDxClevelandStateUniveristy though. I’m TED obsessed!
- What is one thing most people don’t know about you? When I was living in Australia I had no means of supporting myself and I learned how to cut sugar cane in the Queensland cane fields. Let’s just say I now know how to use a machete to make juice.
- Best thing about living/working in Cleveland? C-L-E is the most magical place in the universe. You can live downtown in a wonderful loft and not go bankrupt trying to pay your bills. It’s a perfect place for a 20-something.
- What is one thing you can’t live without? Iced. Coffee. I’m currently obsessed with Dewey’s iced coffee with a hint of soy. Iced coffee makes the world go round.
- If you were a type of food, what type of food would you be and why? I would be hot sauce, specifically Harissa. It’s an little known hot sauce from North Africa. You look at the sauce you think ‘Oh, it must be a light sweet flavor,” and then bam, the flavor punches you in the mouth as soon as it touches your tongue. It’s a crazy flavor but you know it’s good so you keep coming back for more.
- Do you have a nickname? I was a chubster as a kid. When my mom showed my college roomies a photo of me from my childhood they thought it was a boy. Ever since then they refer to me as Andy.
- What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done? I’m head over heels for a guy and I’m living thousands of miles away for the next 5 months. So heartbreaking and bittersweet.
- If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you? I would have to say a blend of Sarah Silverman, Chelsea Handler and Sarah Jessica Parker. She’d marry a mixture of Borat and Seth Rogan. People would be hunched over with stomach cramps from laughing so hard.
